How charges work.
What is the normal minimum service call?
For regular handyman work, the standard scheduling block is up to 5 hours for $350. Clearly defined flat-rate services can override that minimum once they are listed on the service menu.
How much is same-day service?
A job requested and scheduled the same day during regular hours includes a $100 rush fee in addition to normal job charges.
What is the after-hours rate?
Before 8 AM or after 5 PM, labor is 1.5× the applicable labor rate. After-hours work keeps the existing two-hour minimum.
How are materials handled?
A single local pickup of pre-selected or pre-ordered materials is $35. When Dom purchases materials, the estimated material cost, sales tax and approved procurement charges are paid in advance. Receipts are saved and itemized with the final invoice.
What if I pay cash or crypto?
Cash or cryptocurrency payments receive 5% off labor. Veterans receive 10% off labor. Discounts do not stack; the best applicable discount is used. Community Support pricing is already reduced and is not combined with another discount.

5-hour block
$350 for up to five hours during normal working hours. Best for bundling several smaller jobs into one visit.
10-hour day
$600 for up to ten hours during normal working hours. Useful when the scope is large enough to justify a full day.
After-hours
Before 8 AM or after 5 PM, labor is 1.5× the applicable labor rate, with the existing two-hour minimum.
Veteran discount
Veterans receive 10% off labor.
Cash / crypto discount
Cash or cryptocurrency payments receive 5% off labor. Discounts do not stack; the best applicable discount is used.
Community Support Rate
