Timber-frame structures, tiny homes and other multi-stage builds do not use the normal handyman standard handyman work-block pricing. Each project is quoted based on design, materials, site conditions, project length, equipment, travel and any specialty support needed.

Text Dom for the next available opening. Same-day work may be available when the schedule allows and carries the standard $100 rush fee. Work before 8 AM or after 5 PM is after-hours service at 1.5x the applicable hourly rate with a two-hour minimum.
